Never,Never Give Up

Take a deep breath and think,whatever you have started is definitely going to yield result.Most of us start some work/venture and leave it in between because it is not giving either expected or instant result.Once if it has not given the expected result we start thinking to wind it off or to give up.To give up is a bad habit and somewhere it shows the poor #determination and lack of #confidence.

It is usual when we start some work/venture,it will definitely would have some challenges in between to accomplish it.That does not mean if it is having challenges we should quit that work rather we should find out the ways to meet those challenges and achieve the goal.

Subsequently,it is not like that only you are facing the challenges during the execution of your work,let me tell you everybody has to face them as per nature of the work.#Success embrace only them who keep on doing their work and #never give up.

Let me share one real story with you a businessman has purchased a stone mine worth millions of dollars and asked his workforce to start working on that mine to take out the stone for selling it into the market.Workers have started their work and keep on digging the mine but nothing turned up.The businessman as usual has started shouting on his workers and replaced all of them and hired a new team with better work experience  to work for that mine.This team has started his work with great enthusiasm but result was same.

A close friend of this businessman has suggested him to use machines for doing this work instead of workers.He has purchased machines of good technology with a view that machine will work for longer  duration as compare to human but unfortunately nothing turned up.Finally this gentleman has decided to quit.He sold these mines at no profit and no loss to some other businessman.

The businessman who has purchased it started his work with patience and asked his workers to work with patience.They started their work and just after a period of one week the result was really surprising because they have found abundance of Granite stone.This way this mine has become a cash cow for that businessman.The businessman has started minting money out of  it.
